Description
This beautiful Friedericy porcelain fairy doll design features a sweet girl with blonde hair sitting inside a dark gray shadow box frame. The fairy has curly blonde hair and wears a semi-sheer gray tone on tone striped skirt with embroidered flowers at the bottom with matching sleeves. Beneath the gray skirt is a aqua skirt trimmed with aqua and gold floral lace. She wears knitted white knickers below her skirt. The bodice of her dress is painted pale gray and is decorated with a silver brooch featuring white rhinestones and dangling pearls. He pale grey wings are tipped with small gold beads.
The metal frame is two toned dark grey and lighter silvery gray swirls and corner accents. The shadow box is lined in black felt. A wire for framing is secured at the top of the frame in the back or the frame could sit in a picture frame stand. The frame measures 9″ tall x 7″ wide x 1.25″ deep. The fairy’s feet dangle about 3″ below the bottom of the frame.
