Description

This original watercolor by Anne Johnson was inspired by the azaleas that grew in her father’s front yard. It is unmatted and measures 10 1/4″ x 14 1/8″.

Ann explains, “Daddy passed away in 1993 at the age of 92. He was a nurseryman.  I miss him but we have these azaleas in my front yard to remind me of that wonderful man and his amazing green thumb. He propagated these beauties and I transplanted them after we built our home in 1996. Like him, they never disappoint me.
