Shipping Information
At Arts&Souls, we offer convenient flat-rate shipping based on the items in your order.
Small Treasures: Jewelry, ornaments, and other eligible smaller items can be purchased together for one flat shipping charge. Add more eligible small treasures to your order without paying additional shipping charges.
Little Souls Dolls: Larger collectible dolls have their own flat-rate shipping charges based on size and quantity. Smaller items can be included with a doll order at no additional shipping charge when shipped together.
Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site, simply return your purchase within 7 days for an exchange or store credit – no questions asked. Sorry, we cannot refund freight or shipping charges on delivery and return of goods. Please note that clearance sale items and items purchased on layaway are not returnable.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can place a damage report with FedEx and have them pick up the damaged product freight free from you. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
How to Make a Return
All we ask is that you provide the information requested below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
