Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit please notify us as soon as possible, so we can place a damage report with Fed Ex and have them pick up the damaged product freight free from you. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
