This exquisite Jay Strongwater Oval Victorian Frame is beautifully decorated with flowers, stars bursts, leavles, grasses and an adventuresome little turtle. This art deco frame is hand painted enamel gold, green, pink, lavender and with brown highlights over gold toned metal.  It has hand-set deep purple, pink, blue, green and clear Swarovski® crystals. The back of the frame features a crown at the middle of the stand that has handset pink stone and as well as hand painted enamel in green, blue and deep mauve.  There are decorative clasps to hold the photo in the frame that are decorated around three screws in the rear of the frame.  The frame holds a 4″ x 6″ photo. 

This frame is a retired piece that is brand new.  It is handcrafted in the USA and arrives in it’s original attractive Jay Strongwater Box with foam inserts and a fabric pouch for protection when shipping and storing. It also has a small screwdriver for changing the picture in the frame. Suggested Retail Price is $795.
