24" Ditsy Dottie is is surely too cheerful and bright to be a witch, right? She is all colors of the rainbow, and filled with details, from the top of her pointed black hat - topped with green tinsel, upon which a colorful parrot rests - down to her bright felt shoes complete with gold embellishments. Her dress is sparkling pink shimmer, layered with shimmering polka dots, and layered again with black lace. Her colorful hair is adorned with green ribbons, and around her neck are necklaces of green, pink and purple. Perhaps her cutest detail is her black and white polka dot glasses, set atop her flushed nose and smiling mouth.
